For those who have used this or know of someone who has, does it..

1. Straighten the hair well or barely makes it straight?
2. Make the hair smoother/straighter/silkier/easier to detangle and manage on wash day?
3. Does it take at least 4 washes or more to wear off or does it wear off within a wash or two?
