Aveda Light Elements Smoothing Fluid

I got a bottle of this today; I've seen and read pretty good reviews about it, but the only thing I'm a little uncertain about is how to use it...I see a couple of people say they use it after blow drying but before flat ironing, or before blow drying or after both as a finishing touch... So I'm feeling pretty clueless.erplexed

What's the best/most popular way to use this product?

I use it after I put my moisturizer on.. as a sealant sorta but only when my hair is straight
