Aveda Damage Remedy and Keraphix

Hello LHCF,

Would it be overkill to use the Aveda Damage Remedy Shampoo with Nexxus Keraphix Conditioner? I was planning to use a regular moisturizing conditioner and not the Damage Remedy one. Let me know!

No, I personally love the shampoo. Its my favorite thing out of the DR line. I used to shampoo with aveda dr and deep condition with pantene relaxed and natural mask with maybe a tbsp of keraphix. My hair would always feel stronger and soft.

Let me know how it works for you. I like to do this closer to my relaxer date when I need a little protein but can't handle the detangling with the newgrowth. My hair still feels really soft and rollersetting is easy.
