Cleansed: NurCreations Cleansing Cowash
Rinse Out: Olaplex #5
Deep Conditioned: Olaplex #8 (Under Dryer)
Apply Leave-In: LOC & Olaplex #7 Bonding Oil

Moisturizing alternate days with CRN Almond Jai and Afro sheen Lush fro butter.

Wash with the redken acidic line and try to blow dry vs air dry

Condition: CRN Black Castor & Chebe
& here I sit with a plastic cap cause this stuff feels soooo good going on I want it to SIT in my hair.
Will rinse later after life...

2nd shampoo - Aveda Nutriplenish
DC - Ouai Thick Hair Treatment
Leave in - Olaplex serum, Virtue Purifying leave in, Redken Iron Shape

Style: Blow dry, curling iron, Virtue Healing oil

Yesterday:
Cleanse: Olaplex no.4
DC: CR Algae Renew (with heat)
Leave in: APB
Style: KCCC and diffused dry.

Today:

1. Shampoo: AG Balance.
2. Treat: on damp hair Olaplex #3 for 45 minutes
3. Condition: top with AG Curl Fresh conditioner and let sit for 30 minutes
4. Style: rinse. Apply Garnier Pure Clean gel
   • Heat Dry
   • top with SuperWet
   • Heat Dry again

My coarse hair doesn't get as smooth or last as long, when wet styled. I get more definition and longevity when I style dry hair. I use a light weight styler first so the initial dry is fast and gives me some hold, if not light definition. Then I follow with the heavier gel which will then smooth and define my hair much more easily.

Treat: Claudie Renew Protein over Curls & Potions Bamboo, FRW Treatment
Deep Condition: Olaplex 8
Apply Leave-In: LOC and Dry

As copied from my notes:
Washed with Giovanni Tea Tree shampoo and conditioned with Aphogee 2 minute Reconstructor. Dc with Ors Hair Repair Mayonnaise treatment under conditioner cap for 10-15 minutes. Currently towel drying. Will be air drying, moisturizing, and sealing. Put hair in 2 ponytails.

This is an outstanding mask, my hair feels awesome. At first I wasn't sure as I didn't like how it felt on my hair but the rinse out, wow my hair feels very nourished.

I still can't be bothered with my hair. Enjoying the ease of being in the twists, so at some point this week I am going to wash my hair in the twists and moisturize.
