I wear a ponytail. Afterward, I moisturize my hair and sometimes I spray Surge on my scalp. I work out at least 5 days a week, but I only wash 1x a week.

I usually work out during the late evening so that I don't have to worry about my hair sweating out. A good ponytail makes it easier to work out, but sometimes i'll just leave it out. After, I usually wash it, put some leaveinconditioner and let it air dry.

I wear my hair in a baggie with my satin bonnet over it. I don't do anything to it afterward because I barely sweat even though my workouts are intense. My head's never sweat before, so there's no need to wash my hair after a workout.

I either wear my hair in a ponytail or up in a clip. For some reason i dont really sweat alot, so i only rinse/conditioner wash if my scalp is feeling really icky. Normally i shampoo once a week.

I) pull my weave up into a ponytail. I wash 1-2x a week. I also use Better Braids scalp cleanser in bewteen washings.

Well, I was working out regularly, but can't for awhile...doctor's order. However, when I was working out everyday (if I didn't have my braids in), I would put some leave in conditioner in my hair (like parnevu cream), put my hair in a one or two braids, then cover it with a scarf and make sure the braids were tucked under. One reason I'm such a big advocate with covering my hair is many times people don't wipe down the machines, even the weights they used while sweating, after they are done. This can leave you with head lice or ringworm, something I'm sure you don't want from the gym. By covering your hair, this will keep germs and stuff out of your head. As soon as I get home I put my scarf in the washer with the clothes I take off, so they can be washed right away.

By putting the leave in on your hair before you go, when you get hot and sweaty, this heat makes the conditioner penetrate more, so when you go to wash your hair is should be prett soft...mine usually is. I always wash my hair after a workout, even if I have braids in...I can't stand sweaty hair.

ponytail or leave it in my twist out and then afterwards the twist out is just looser than normal

I wear a bun, ponytail or rollerset with a sweatband and I wash my hair once or twice a week. I hate the smell of sweat and product.

I just wear my hair in a simple ponytail or a wrap. I dont do anything to my hair afterwards. My hair doesnt have any problems from exercising.

Me too. Most of the time I work out in the evening. After each workout (5 or 6 times a week) I conditioner wash, wrap my hair and sit under the dryer for an hour, and let my hair air dry overnight. I wash with shampoo once a week. One advantage is that my hair always smells great. Which hubby loves. /images/graemlins/smile.gif
