album update

hi ladies. hows everything growing

i updated my album and would like any feedback you may offer. i am really seeing growth and I am starting to feel ready to wear my hair out (not under a wig) on a regular basis. thanks to all of you weather relaxed or natural for encouraging me to work towards long healthy hair.

Your hair is beautiful! I am glad I took a look at your album. I noticed that you are transitioning your daughter. I am doing the same for my eight year old. It has been about 6+ months since I last relaxed. Everything is going well.

I am loving your conrowed style. I may have to borrow that one for my daughter's hair.

Oh, I want to ask, are you going to big chop your daughter's hair? I don't have the courage to do that to my daughter plus she would have a fit.

no i have so many regrets about my own big chop i would never do that to her. she is extremely hair conscious. I only did the big chop myself due to tangles......silly me never though of detandler until i joined here 4 months late. I am just gonna trim when she needs it.she asked me was i gonna cut it all off looking like she was ready to cry. when she gets to the point to where her natural hair is the length of all of her hair now i will do a NSBC (not so big chop). Her hair is in the same style now but with flat rolls. she is loving it now it was a struggle at first. she likes to wear it blown out. so now all i do is condition wash,gel the edges when they come down,oil the ends and put them in a bun, braid spray and surge. it's really working in the swim season.

Ooh your hair is so pretty and I love the new flattwist style hairbuddy! Umm could you maybe give step by step instructions on how to do them the style looks so intricate by the time you finished. Your cornrow out is fabulous you better not be afraid to rock your fro!
