It's interesting she mentioned taking spirulina. I took this years ago and my hair was the longest it's ever been. I never made the connection then cause my focus was health not hair. I started taking it again along with all the other vitamins I was taking back then thats for sure.
Thanx for that interesting information, JenJen. I believe that is the reason our African-American hair won't grow. We've been using this "poison" on our hair and scalp since we were kids. It's time to go to the natural oils, and all honesty, Skip the Grease!!!
