Arteffex Proactive hair conditioner?

After my disastorous drying experience with "hollywood beauty carrot conditioner" I rumaged around in my hair box for something to bring back the moisture .

I found the arteffex conditioner and it seems alright but for a conditioer its very watery?

I was wondering if anyone here has used it and if so what were they're results ?
Ive postponed getting my kanerows until ive given my hair another condition with a good conditioner .
