ARGGG my hair feels like Brillo

I dyed my hair with Garnier 100% color and now my hair feels dry and crispy , my hair is really fine and has never felt like this ...Has any one had a hair dye mishap and had it fixed? ps the color is not that great or brilliant either...I hope that Ido not have to cut and start over, I have 6 inches of total growth that I do not want to loose , this is very dissapointing.
I should write to them.

just have to be carefull to balance them both...i hope your hair gets better.

Do a deep condition, trim your ends if needed, keep it moisturized and stay away from heat!

I trimmed my ends about 1/4 inch

and used apogee the stinky one .. then i used 10 en ine a dominican conditioner that one of my coworkers gave me...
i added kemyoyl shea butter pomade and shook my hair (like a wet dog)
Once it dried it was soft again,
