Are you CO WASH'n with extension braids or twists?

I know that you probably won't be able to do it alot because of the risk of making your braids look old fast but is it okay to co wash with extension braids or twist?

I was doing Crown and Glory from December to July - I did have to have my cornrows redone every two to three weeks, but I did indeed cw, dc, poo. Sareca gave, what is in my opinion, the best advice for taking care of your hair while in braids: treat your hair in braids the same as you would were you not wearing them.

It worked really well for me.

Yup, every day. I have made it to 4 weeks(as of tomorrow) with cornrows in the front and indie's in the back. I smooth it back down with the NTM anti frizz cream and a dap of let's jam.
