How did you do with the Pattern Beauty Palo Santo?

I want to love it. It smells divine. It looks pretty in my bathroom.

My hair seems to hate it. It's like heavy and goopy on my hair. I wonder if I used less it'd work better?

It was okay but not great. Same: I want to love it because of the smell, but it's nowhere near as defining and shine-inducing on my hair as isThe Doux Crazy Sexy Curl mousse.

Okay. I was hoping there was some secret I was missing, but I guess not.

I've been talking to AI (Copilot) about it. Copilot thinks my hair likes products with protein as well as hydration. Pattern doesn't have protein.
It suggested I use something with protein first, then layer on Palo Santo. But that sounds like flake generator to me.

It told me to seal my ends with grease as a last step!

"Seal Ends (Optional): Use a light balm or grease like Wonder Gro to lock in moisture and reduce frizz over time."
