Hi Ladies,

I purchaased a jar of Apretadora Dominican Conditioner and HATED IT!!! It works wonders as far as greatly minimizing the shedding but it made my hair excessively hard. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've used this once, but it didn't make my hair hard. It says to use it as a pre-poo. Did you use it that way or did you use it after you washed your hair as a deep conditioner?

I used it according to the directions and it was aweful. I have tried EVERYTHING to restore the softness/moisture back to my hair and have not been successful. It's so depressing. The texture of my hair has drastically changed and will NOT soften for anything. I have used every product in my inventory that has softening properties...nothing...

Please help...

I'm so sorry to hear this! I've definitely been there though. What helped me is basically re-washing my hair using a good moisturizing shampoo and using a THICK moisturing conditioner.
