I went to my stylist 2 days ago for a wash/dc and rod set. I wasn't able to wash my hair for 3 weeks because I was in the hospital for a week and had surgery and recuperating for this past week. Probably won't wash my hair for another 2 weeks.

I redid my wash n go this morning. My new Mielle products attract alot of dust and dirt unlike my Eco styler! I'll probably DC and redo my hair on Sunday...who knows.
Washed DD's blowout out this morning. It lasted a full 2 weeks but I had the toughest time getting the smell of burned hair out!
Wash: ORS Aloe
DC: Shea Moisture Yogurt
Leavein: Mielle Honey Pomegranate
Moisture: Melanin...her hair loves this stuff.
Style: Took her for her 1st set of professionally done braids. I've unleashed a monster. She ain't stop swinging dem braids since we got em done!

Meant to also do an acid rinse after conditioning but I had already jumped in the shower prior to remembering. My hair feels nice though. Will remember to rinse next time.

Friday
Wash, finger detangle, leave-in condish and henna overnight.

Saturday
Wash out henna with SM JBCO Shampoo.
Deep condition with Elucence MB Conditioner under steamer for an hour.
Use old school Kimmayt leave in with Elucence MB as the base, AV juice, castor oil and olive oil
Bun to stretch and airdry
Remoisturize tonight.

Last night
Mixed 2 oz of dark warm brown, 1 oz of clear, and 3 oz of 10 volume developer. All from Ion Color Solutions. Let it process for 35 minutes.

After rinsing, did a rollerset. Didn't add anything to my hair before putting on the rollers. Partly due to laziness but mostly because my hair seems to do better with nothing on it when I do. I did spray some Redken Pillow Proof Primer on after all 3rd rollers were on.

Going to let it air dry for about another hour or 2. If needed, I'll go under my bonnet to finish drying then flat iron.
