Apply yogurt to wet or dry hair????

i am trying to loosen my curl pattern how do i apply the yogurt?

I applied it to wet hair after my shampoo. I mixed it with my deep conditioner and put on a plastic cap for a few minutes.

I also added some honey to the mixture for moisture and they worked good together. I didn't care for the drip, but other than that, it was okay.

Ive seeen that people have used it as a pre-poo. Nakialoveshoes had a post on it not too long ago. It was something I wanted to try but since Im up in twists till at least march- Ill have to wait.

I apply it to wet hair (prewashed/clarified) if I've used products between washing/application that are thick, build up or coat. If not, I apply it to dry hair.

I use a yogart mixture as a pre-poo on dry hair for 1 hr no heat
My sis used a yogart mixture as a DC for 1hr no heat

We got the same results
