Aphogee Treatment vs. 2 Min. Reconstructor

Is Aphogee's 2 Minute Reconstructor as good as the heavy duty treatment? I ask because I am not sure if I want to use the heavier one as I think that it might be too much for my hair.

good question, i wanna know too. i used the heavy duty stuff a few weeks ago and it pretty much made a huge difference from that one use. I don't think I'll ever need to use it again. But I was thinking of using the 2min one every now and then.

Well I use the heavy duty one one week after my relaxer.

The 2 minute one is just like 'maintence'. It's no where near as heavy as the other one.
