Aphogee keratin&green tea reconstructurizer

Is this something that I can spray in my hair everyday? I know it has vegetable protein in it and is that the type of protein you can overload on and dry out your hair?

Hth ladies im a natural i wouldnt use it everyday but maybe x3 a week at most

Does it make your hair wet because I see the first ingredient is water, so I can I spray before I leave the house and go out or will it be wet and I will catch pneumonia?lol
