I am sorry if this has bee asked, but are you supposed to use a conditioner afterwards. I thought it was a conditioner. And is my ORS ok to use or should I use something more moisturing?

I just bought a pack

No, you don't have to. I don't, but some ladies do as a precaution. It is a protein conditioner, so not too much moisture is being added to the hair.

I use one, but like OP said you dont have to. It depends what week (moisture or protein) I am in on which conditioner I use.

The 2 step you would definitely, but most ladies don't after using the 2 min. Your hair should feel strong yet moisturized after using it.

Well I certainly had to, it makes your hair feel very hard so you need to moisturize after.

Thanks! I guess I'll just find a nice moisturing leave in pre-happs NTM

I do. After the 2 min i use a DC....

I don't dc after using the 2 minute treatment. My hair feels really moisturized and has a lot of slip after I use it. Like Wheezy807 said, after using the hair should feel soft yet strong (if you are using the 2 min, not the 2 step) after using it, so I don't really see the need.

Aphogee 2 min only has mild concentrations of protein in it. It is a good well balanced conditioner that doesn't (or shouldn't) tip the scale in terms of moisture protein balance. Perfect for weekly use in most cases. No additional moisture deep treatment should be needed.

Don't confuse it with the Aphogee 2-step which works by making the hair hard under the dryer.

i usually deep condition with moisture and then use the 2 minute while im in the shower.

I DC afterward because sometimes my feels hard sometimes, besides I am a DC fanatic, I love to DC, lol
