I think it is okay but I receive excellent results with Cathy Howse's UBH protein condtioner. My hair is underprocessed and I was using the Aphogee. However, my hair was super tangled. I greased it up but was still a little tangly. Shoot! I used that UBH and it wash half dry and half wet when i decided to detangle it. The comb went right through without any grease at all.
