IDK WHY... I've gone through just one bottle.. and half way through it stopped working. I don't know why.. but it just has. It does not leave my hair really soft, there is also no slip what so ever.. I think I might go back to keracare humecto... Ladies has this happened to anyone else??
I've clarified my hair .. so i don't think that that is the problem

AO HSR always made my hair extremely hard and brittle. My hair just did not like it. :nono:

^^Agreed, my hair has never liked AO HSR either. AO GPB is my staple light protein conditioner though.

I haven't used it, but if you have buildup have you tried clarifying?

Mine doesnt like AOHSR either, but it looooves humecto. Go for what you know.

Weird! My hair loves AO HSR. I even use it as a leave in sometimes. I agree with iluvsmuhgrass, maybe you need to clarify? or start trying other condishes:)

If it stopped working, then you probably have buildup. A good clarifying shampoo should do the trick. My personal fave is ORS creamy aloe.

The OP stated in her post that she had clarified her hair prior to application of the conditioner.

Missed that at the very end. Thanks!

I don't know... usually after clarifying, I use a DC and I'm back on point with my co-washing. I don't use AO so I don't know. :(

Hey... do you live in a hard water area? If you do, you may have mineral build up on your hair which can't be removed with clarifying alone. Mineral build up needs a chelating shampoo to clear it up. Or maybe your hair just doesn't like it anymore... you know how uppity hair can get sometimes, lol

Whoops didn't see that last bit either, thanks Bublin. Clarifed and still nada, I had this problem with Miss Key 10 en1. Left it alone for a few washes, and then went back to it. IA with ILuvsmuhgrass, hair can be iffy sometimes.

My hair doesn't like that one either, it prefers AO White Camellia for some reason.

My hair love HSR only when I mix it with something like Lustrasilk sheabutter Con. Tried adding anything to it to give it a little umph?? I also add Wheat germ oil sometimes...
