-with heat: with heat, this conditioner really packs in the protein for me (I have fine hair). I use a little heat with it just to make it a little more hardcore for me. Even then, it is still a mild protein conditioner
-without heat: I get strengthening and detangling benefits without heat. I like it both ways, just depends on what my hair is up too at the time
I've tried the HR both ways and I find the no heat way the best. For once following the directions works best, who knew!
I would like to try these conditioners under a hooded dryer. Does anyone do this? What are your results? Thanks
