Anything stronger than Aphogee

I tried to do an Aphogee treatment and my hair was frizzy for days and kept breaking off. It took awhile to get it back on track. I don't know what happened. This was over a year ago and I never tried again.

I has that happen once. It took my hair a long time to balance out as far as moisture is concerned. But, at the time, my hair was kinda dry anyway. I now only really use things like this when my hair is overmoisturized and that helps.
