I can't imagine it's harmful to your hair, after all...people do ingest it...but then again :scratchch

Back in high school a 'few' years ago...don't laugh...ya'll know I'm only 29 (again) this year!

I wouldn't use it now though, no particular reason aside from the fact the results just weren't what I wanted.

Yes I have! I used RED Kool-aid, or FLavor-aid to give myself a burgundy color.
That was when I kept my hair short, and did all kinds of things to my hair, why not...I was gonna cut it right back off anyway!

Now I only do clear rinses...no more colors!

I read in a magazine, a few years back, that cranberry juice works too.
