Anyone use HairFinity Vitamins?

Yes I take them......I'm only on my third bottle and to be honest, I use OCT, I really can't tell you if they work or not, you might have to take the vitamins for a full year to reap the benefits, but I like Shen min, but I might continue to take Hairfinity and combine them with shen min, but I have a lot of new growth and I'm 1 month post trying to become 4 months post, so I have a lot of new growth, but I don't know if it's from the vitamins or OCT, so I'm sorry I couldn't help, but I feel you on vitamins, I don't like taking a lot of vitamins. I just like to be simple......but if anything changes, I will update....HTH...

Thanks, SlantedEyezMiss2003! This was helpful. I don't know why but after a few weeks, I started gagging while trying to take my MSM pills. I take 3, three times daily. It doesn't happen with the other pills so it must be a subconscious thing happening. Regardless, I reduced my supplements to just one ---super algae for protein ---I take three per day and that's it! Can't stand taking pills...I give up trying.

I took them as my hair supplement, can't say they worked for me. I saw no changes.
