ANYONE USE CHEAP MSM AND STILL HAVE GOOD RESULTS?

Hey tiffy,

I just started MSM today - order from Puritan Pride - obviously no results yet but I will let you know. I've taken vitamins all my life, and from what I can tell the quality looks decent. Anybody else use Puritan Pride?

I have been using Walgreens MSM brand for over 2 months now and seem to get good results. I take 2000 mgs a day.

I have used GNC, msm and had better results, it was liquid, I took only 500 mg a day, but with my Vitamin Shoppe one, am not getting good results not sure yet, what is a cheap Msm,

Well, mine were more than $10..but I got 240 capsules...1000mg.. for $14.95...I think that was pretty cheap no?

Does MSM make your scalp itch? I started taking it about 2-3weeks ago and for some reason my scalp has been itching me like crazy this week.

I take the GNC MSM with glucosamine(1000mg per two pills). The MSM is 1500mg (per two pills).

<font color="purple">A year ago I bought CVS brand MSM and paid $6.35 for 100ct 1200mgs. I had great results with it. Now I'm taking Spring Valley MSM 500mg 120ct (purchased it at Wal-Mart along with the 1000mcg Biotin)and paid $6.+. Haven't seen results as of yet, but I'll be updating you soon. And I have to agree with you there. My head started the itchies like it has a mind of its own. The MSM is working like clockwork. I don't think paying $6.00 is cheap to get great results for your hair. Toodles. </font>

Hmm...well I hope the itching is an indication of hair growth. I stopped taking the pill two days ago to give my system a rest. I will start back in another two days.

I use PP powdered msm (which I payed 8.99 for)and take 6000mg's a day. No results to report yet, it's only been about 2 weeks.
