On a whim i decided to use my Aveeno body wash to wash my hair. I must admit, it was pretty decent. I think i may start using that instead of my other poo because it didn't leave my hair stripped.

By chance is anyone else using this?

Ok, the skin relief wash that i purchased lists:

water
glycerin
cocamidedopropyl betaine
sodium laureth sulfate
avena sativa (oat) kernel flower
hydroxproplthrimonium hydrolzyed wheat protein
hydroxypropltrimonium hydrolzyed wheat starch
guar hydroxypropltrimonium chloride
tetrasodium edta
glycol distearate
polyquatermium-10
quaternium-15
myristyl alcohol
fragrance

Ok i don't claim to be any type of kitchentician or mixologist. Where are the geniuses that can break this stuff down?

Interesting... I've been eyeing the aveeno hair products but never would have thought to use the body wash as a shampoo. I wonder if the shampoo and the body wash have the same ingredients.

ETA: OP your hair is GORGEOUS!! You've made a ton of
progress!!

I've done the opposite, using shampoo as a body wash or soap (interesting how skin drying "moisturizing" shampoos could be), but not the opposite. Hmmm, I do have that body shop cream wash. . . .
