Anyone Still Using Mineral Rich?

If so, how long have you used it and have you seen positive results in terms of energy, hair growth and/or thickness? Thanks!

I just finished my second bottle, but didn't take it consistently. I have one unopened bottle that I will start tomorrow. I didn't notice any extra energy. I have had good growth, but I take ALOT of vitamins. I just got my "V" cut out of my hair which took me back to a little past arm pit, but it's healthy now. I was in between bra strap and mid-back.

Thanks for responding @nrock. I'm thinking about ordering to help with thickness. BTW, I would love to have a U or V.

I'm on my second bottle. I don't think I will purchase it again once this one is finished. Reason being is that I take and experiment with so many different supplements (for different things, not just hair growth) so it's hard for me to say what's contributing to any changes in my body. That's not say that it doesn't help for hair growth or overall health. When first started taking it I noticed that my nails grew like crazy, and I noticed extra energy. Not so much now.

I totally get it. I'm not patient enough to use just one product at a time, so I have a hard time determining if something makes a small difference. I guess I'm still searching for that miracle product that makes a huge difference, although I don't believe one really exists. The way I look at it, as long as I'm trying different things, at least I'm actively taking good care of my hair and not getting bored with the journey.

right to everything you said. I've also started eating healthier and working out, thinking positive thoughts, staying away from negative people and situations. I believe all of this makes for wonderful hair growth more than any single supplement.

I've been taking it for almost 3 weeks now and noticed a big change in my nails. They're usually really weak and flimsy, they split and break constantly. I haven't had a break since starting Mineral Rich. Yesterday, I caught my nail on a chair that before, would have damn near tore my nail off. But all it did was crack a little bit on the corner. A huge improvement. They also feel stronger and more sturdy.

As far as energy, I don't feel any of that. And I'm pretty sure my hair is growing faster, but I've been too lazy to dig around for my progress t-shirt, so I have no proof. :(

Mineral Rich is the only supplement I've taken in IDK how long, so nothing else is contributing to this change.

Thanks @tiffers. That's a good endorsement since it's all you're taking. I got it yesterday and took it and had a slight headache. Hopefully, this was a fluke because I really want to take it consistently.

@cynd Did you drink a lot of water? I've noticed with Mineral Rich that I experience side effects if I don't drink enough water. Headaches and gas being the main ones.

@tiffers

I'm a card carrying member of the I Hate Water Club, but if that's what it takes I'll force myself to drink more. The headache has gone away but I have a full feeling in my chest that may be gas. Sorry, TMI. Many thanks for the tip!
