I've used it and I loved it. My old stylist in Texas used to use the regular lye version and my hair was literally like silk. I moved and my new stylist doesn't have it. I'd go back to it if it were readily available (you have to order it online).

Thanks;your hair is so pretty...Would you say that the Elucence relaxer was the best for your hair so far? Im currently using phyto, but i want to switch to a lye relaxer and i am trying to decide between elucence and mizani...
This is the relaxer I am thinking about trying when I use up all my profectiv. I have about 3 touch ups left of that one. it has worked well for me, but it seems to have been over processing me (or should I say processing faster than I am used to) for the last few touchups. I think they changed something.
I have heard mixed reviews though.
It is always tricky when you don't get hands down great reviews.
i used Elucence Normal Lye relaxer and i loved it. it was very mild. i was natural for 7 years before i decided to relax again and i used this one. it was the best relaxer experience i ever had. my first relaxer at age 11 burned the crap out of me because they used a super on my hair because it's so thick. but my hair is very fragile and can't take relaxers that strong.
i'm transitioning now but if i ever decide to relax again i will use Elucence again

Thank you for the compliment. Yep... I can say that it's the best I've ever used. I use Mizani BB now and it works well, too. Elucence is still my fave, tho. But like VinDieselWifey said, it's mild, but in a good way that won't leave you with overprocessed hair.
