Anyone own this silk bonnet from tenderheaded.com?

I have it, I bought it last may. It's good and it feels soft. However, a few months after the elastic gave out and I had to make a knot on the bonet to keep it on my head all night.

I have not used this bonnet but I have used others with the rubber and I have had to stop using them. My edges are my weakest link and any hint of rubbing against anything they thin out.

I know use either a silk hair wrap and/or the bonnets similar to that one but it has a tie strong so that you can adjust it to your head.

These have been great for my hair.

Thanks! I may just pick up a silk remnant and make my own. The one I have now uses no elastic, it has a drawstring.

That's my concern. A friend has thin edges now and she is convinced (and so am I) that it's from the elasitc band on her bonnet

I have one from tenderheaded, and I was soooo disappointed. For as much money as it cost, I was expecting this thick and luxurious bonnet. But they're thin and flimsy, and after a few months the elastic was really loose. It stayed coming off my head, so I cut the elastic band and tied it tighter. Now after a few weeks, it's back loose, AGAIN! I wouldn't recommend it.

:perplexed That settles it. I am not buying it. I'll make my own. Thanks.
