Anyone on Profectiv's MegaGrowth Challenge??

Yeah, the hair lotion is great. Really moisturizes. Only about $4 or $5 and it smells good too. I REALLY like it.

But does it contribute to growth like it claims?

Was just doing a search on this stuff to see if it was any good. I keep seeing it and putting it back because I wasn't sure if it was crap or not and didn't want to waste money. I need a good moisturizer and my ends need extra care, so I may go pick it up. THanks!

I used to use the original formula and I noticed a reduction in my hair breakage. I might have to restart. :scratchch

I use the mega growth antibreakage strengthener to moisturize and I seal with amla. My hair stays moisturized all week or up till whenever I wash again.

I also have the mega growth poo and DC. I like the poo but the DC ....I'm not too sure about it.

The sent me growth lotion samples in the mail but I haven't tried em yet

I've fallen in love with the Mega Growth Oil and I've rekindled my old romance with the Mega Growth Strengthener. I am checking out the new Mega Growth Lotion as well because my mom has had FANTASTIC results.

Anyone who knows me knows that I swear by profectiv. They've been a constant in my rotation since like 2003 or 2004 and I know that they are quality products. I'm not a PJ (well, not REALLY) so I have been slow to try the new line, but I am in lust(er) with the oil and I hope I like the lotion. It will be used in place of my Keracare oil moisturizer lotion.

My sister uses it on her relaxed hair and it is working . Her hair was breaking due to lack of moisture and is now growing in very thick . I checked the ingredients and I approve.

I dont know what her sister is using, but as a general rule, Profectiv Break Free tends to stop breakage. A little goes a long way though. It can be used in conjunction with one of the oil based products like Profectiv Healthy Ends, Mega Growth Strengthener, or Mega Growth lotion.

Also, if you have an issue with dryness, Profectiv Long and Healthy increases elasticity, but a little goes a LONG way.

I did get some breakage with their jarred products, but I realized it was because they had alot of protein in them, which my hair isn't crazy about.

Y'all got me curious about that growth lotion, though ..

little goes a LONG way. a dime size or less is all that is needed, but if hair is long maybe a little more than seal with oil and all will be fine. my hair loves protein an I still use very little and all is fine, this helps with the protein overload.
