I have about 7 on one side of my head and 2 on another and I really don't plan on dyeing. I like the look of salt and pepperish hair. Someone here has a siggy with this lady who has a strip of gray right in the front. I think that's so cool!

I love my grays! I had them since I was 8 years old and I always get complimented on them...I guess that might change as I get older but I love the salt and pepper look and plan to never get rid of them!

Me too!!

I've had gray hair since I was 7 so maybe that's why I don't hate them.

I stopped using cassia because it was turning them blond and orange, I want my gray to show. I told someone that recently and they looked at me like I sprouted a second head. LOL

I have a few, wish I had more. Stacy London from "What Not To Wear" is one of my hair idols. I wonder if there's a spray haircolor that's gray? Like the stuff for Halloween costumes. I think I'll call a costume shop...Oh, and good thread OP!

Yup :) people look at me crazy too. I was convinced when I was 15 to put a black rinse in my hair to cover them up and I HATED it! It was then that I decided that the grays were here to stay.

I told my husband that I wanted a streak like that and he said something about bride of frankenstein :ohwell:

I love gray hair so I won't be dying mine. I can't wait to have long grey healthy beautiful hair.

I was doing a black rinse, but I am not now that I am transitioning. Once I am fully natural & don't have to worry about 2 chemicals, I may rinse again. But those little hairs don't bother me as much anymore.

I've been finding grays here and there since I was 17 and at first I was devastated but the 3 I found last night didn't bother me. They are silver just like my granny's hair and I love them.

I started getting them at 23. I don't plan on dyeing them

I don't dye mine, but henna turns them a reddish color.

I dye my grays, but reluctantly. Since my Mom insists on covering every gray hair on her head, I feel that I have to keep coloring. I can't sport more grays than my Mom can I ?

i don't have any but i love gray hair. is gray hair hair drier or something? but im sure with lhcf that's not a problem for any of us

I've tried about 3 times to dye my grays. First time with a rinse - didn't work. Then a semi-permanent - still didn't work. Then a semi-permanent left in a really, really long time - and still nothing changed! So I give up, and stay gray. :)
