Anyone moisturize with just PLAIN water.......

I'm relaxed and do it when I need to loosen my ng. I seal and put up in a protective style until I can do a proper job.

I do sometimes.

Most of the time I use a mix of like 90% water and the rest a leave-in conditioner. Then I seal with jojoba oil.

I use my regular moisturizer at night on dry hair.

I tried this and I did not like it. My hair needs more slip, then seal with oil. I never moisturize unless my hair has water in it first either from the shower or a spray bottle.

I use creme moisturizer and seal with oderless castor oil. I find this has been the 1st and only oil that has really changed my ends from frayed to moisturized softness. I tried coconut oil but it only smelled good until the next day when I'm like damn I smell coconut oil. Olive oil is too thin and I smell like a salad. I must use a moisturizer to soften and nourish my hair. I just don't think that water and oil alone does the trick. For me anyways. :ohwell:

But I'm happy with my regimen. When I first started in April I was so unsure but I now know what my hair likes and does not like. :yep:

I do! Twice per day, I moisturize my hair with plain water..sometimes I seal with extra virgin coconut oil. I have retained so much length since I've started doing this. I highly recommend it.:yep:
