Anyone miss their **old** hairdresser?

**Sigh** :(

I really miss my stylist from college. I feel like if I had him + all this LHCF knowledge, my hair would reach BSL in no time. I've been natural since undergrad...but now that I am thinking about going back relaxed, I REALLY miss him because he kept my relaxed hair gorgeous and healthy.

Never thought I would miss those hours in the shop....

Anybody else have a hairdresser that you wish you still had?

Sure I miss mine. He was my stylist and cutter for 15 years. He is a master with scissors. But...I don't like being 15 early for an appointment and not being taken for another hour. I don't like the fact that when one of his long-time customers comes in late AFTER me he would let me sit with a wet head while would do her entire head and get her out in an hour! I didn't like the way he verbally and emotionally abused his female staff member. I didn't like the the fact that he found it so difficult to share hair-care info with me but when I started stretching relaxers to every 3-4 months he wanted to know who else was doing my hair!(It was me!) So would I like to get my ends dusted and have a really cute cut? Sure. But along with about 25 other customers we've left his care and moved on to happier waters.

YESSSSSS!!!!!!!!:cry2: I was with her for 13 years and my hair was so healthy. I went from bob-length to almost bra-strap with her twice. Then she decided to move out of state 2 years ago. Since then I haven't been able to find a hairdresser that meets up to her standards.

Awww I really think I'll feel this way about Balisi if she leaves ATL or I end up moving somewhere else for my Ph.D.
