He reminds me of Prince (who just got inducted into the Hall of Fame). But his hair looks healthy and perhaps he got a roller set at a Dominican salon?
It doesn't look that bad to me. Lenny can do no wrong in my eyes. I think it's the style and the length. I only like long hair on men if it's really long. Otherwise, I like it very short. This in-between thing reminds me of Al Sharpton's press-n-curl days.

He reminds me of the guy who played Superfly......not a good thing. Somebody needs to tell Lenny it's 2004, not 1974!!!!

You mean Ron O'Neal. He died a few months ago. I thought he was fine in that movie. But I don't like that hairstyle on Lenny Kravitz though. I know he's been influenced by other artists before him (ie: Jimmy Hendrix, Bob Marley), but he's taking it too far. What worked for Prince isn't working for Lenny.
Although I just said that we should respect each other's decision of how we choose to wear our hair on another thread, I'm going to have to agree that this style looks much better on Lenny in my eyes
Just for the record, Lenny himself said in a soundbite on Entertainment Tonight for some thing they were having for people inducted in the Hall of Fame that he has a perm!!
And if I'm not mistaken he also has some auburn hightlights. Wonder if he wraps his hair at night
? Can you imagine rolling over and looking at a scarf on his cute self?
