Anyone know the difference between Vitamin C pills & Ester C?

Which is better I guess for absorbtion? Im about to order some from Puritan Pride.

Ester-C always claims they are better for absorbtion. I really honestly don'r know. I use time released Vitamin C capsules by Nature's Bounty, but I also have some Ester-C chews that I take sometimes just because they taste good.

Supposedly, in addition to better absorbtion, Ester-C stays in the immune system for 24 hours and is easier on the stomach than regular C.

I alternate between regular and Ester.

I take the Ester C, it's a stronger form of vitamin C. I also agree with the other ladies.
