I vaguely remember seeing this on QVC. The product rep made it clear that it only works on people with hereditary hair loss, but customers with illness related hair loss were calling in claiming that it worked for them. I don't remember why, but something about the presentation rubbed me the wrong way...

If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page in the fine print it says it is for people with Fitzpatrick Skin Type I to IV (which ain't us). Not sure if it WOULDN'T work but it is very expensive. I'd need to see more people of color in their testimonials and before/after section.
