I commented on an earlier post about my length and how long it took me. I figured a picture says a thousand words, so here are my before and now pictures:

I haven't made as many as you but I posted a pic in my album from when my hair was chin length(Feb of this year after all the relaxer is cut off) till where it is now in September.

I don't....I started off taking all the supplements but I just hate pills, and I stopped.

When I first started my hair was in a weird growing out phase and I was frustrated so I took them every day, but once it was long enough to put up I slacked off
