I do 2-3 Tbs of Henna mixed with enough water to make a thick paste. Sometimes I wait for dye release and sometimes I don't. Then I add enough moisturizing conditioner to make it a thin yogurt consistency. I usually add enough condish to get a total of 1.5 cups. I'm heavy handed with my hair products so 1.5 cups ensures I saturate all of my hair.

I needed this the other day. Instead I just did a straight up henna, but I really didn't want to spend all day washing it out.
