Anyone feel like doing a big chop lately?

I don't know why I've been itching to do a big chop lately. This would be my third one. I have seen so many cute cuts lately that have me missing my short hair days. And now that I know how to make my own wigs, I can switch things up easily if ever I get bored. And I'd love to continue the MHM on a fresh head of hair. I dunno...I'll think it out and make sure this isn't just a phase.

I have had short hair for so long and made myself go through this awkward phase of short hair thrice by relaxing and BCing... I am ready for long hair. I won't cut my hair ever again,
I hope you give it some time, as you said don't do it on an impulse. People always say its only hair and it will grow again....but it takes soooo long to grow!

I cut my hair last July and that middle picture is what I used to show the stylist. I'm hitting that awkward stage and I'm considering cutting it back down. My hair philosophy is it will grow back so I'd go for it

faithVA...yes girl, that in-between phase was/is the worst for me! That's where the wigs would hopefully come in and help me get thru it.

Now my hair is still in the ear-chin legnth phase (stretched). So still in between and undecided, lol.

Yeah, I want the tapered wig from kingmehair but I'm waiting for a sale. She is taking forever.

I've thought about relaxing, cutting it and sporting a TWA, continue to baby it...I'm lost really. My twenties were all about taking care of my hair, now that I'm about to enter my thirties I'd rather focus on make up and body exercises. I've been pondering it for so long but can't seem to take the plunge.

One thing I loved when I had short hair was jumping in the shower everyday to co-wash with my fave conditioner and then styling my hair in under 5 minutes!

Yep wanted to BC really bad but let me friends talk me out of it. I got a Deva cut instead which in happy with but still miss my short hair.

My lack of length keeps me from cutting. One of these days I'm sure I'm going to say length be darned and just do it.

I've been tempted to BC again to a tapered cut, but I know that I'll regret it weeks after. I'm almost at MBL stretched.

Thinking back, I should have just done a tapered cut when I first BC'd since it was already short.

I've never done a bc or had a twa but I'm getting a haircut on friday. anything could happen. I feel like I'm battling 2 sides. One side of me wants to be free of my mane and experience a new world of styling but part of me wants to get to hip length. Maybe I'll just get some short curly weave. idk.
