Anyone ever heard of the Izunami flat iron?

So I went to this specialty bss to check out their flat irons and I heard they sold the infamous fhi runway. But the owner asked if I ever heard about the Izunami, he wanted $210 for a 1" iron. Apparently they claim its the worlds smoothest and safest flat iron . And its suppose to heat to full temperature in 30 seconds. So of course I wanted to confirm this with my e-sista's first. I came across this brand while I was shopping for a new flat iron. There are a couple favorable mentions on Black Hair Media. It's a nice looking iron and I was close to purchasing it until I heard about the FHI Runway. You can find them on eBay and HairSisters.com for less than $200.

Ateyaa on Youtube reviewed this recently. Having seen her flat iron her hair with whatever brand she had before - it looked like the izunami does a smooth job.

The first time I ever heard of this iron was in ateeya's newest relaxer video. I just assumed it was something else she was promoting.

I got my hair professionally done with this iron.... It was just as good as the FHI RUNWAY. The best thing about it.....My hair didn't have the iron smell. And my curls lasted about 2 weeks.
