I have been taking GNC UltraNourish Hair for about two, three weeks now and I noticed some pimples on my forehead and my cheeks. I stopped taking them for a few days and the pimples went away.. Is this something others have experienced or is this just me? Thanks

I dont take vitamins but from what I have read a lot of people break out from vitamins. They usually increased their water intake and the bumps went away. HTH

hmm thanks pink flower.. but I drink a lot of water already...3,4 or more pints a day...

Does the ultranourish contain Biotin? That might be the problem. Especially if it's high dosage. I know I broke out when I used it and I stopped immediately.

I have been taking it for 5 months now with no problems it does contain 1200mcg of biotin and 500mg of MSM.

Monister I've experienced this too. I started breaking out when I began using GNC SuperBiotin 600, and now that I've stopped, in just a few days my pimples are gone. I know biotin is important to hair growth, but clear skin is more important to me. Maybe taking it in a lower dosage will stop the breakouts?
