Do you let the neutralizing shampoo sit on the hair for a little while (5 min) before rinsing it out? That might help.

i USED to rise with the neutralizer two or three times, then use a regular shampoo, then the neutralizer again and viola...its white....never failed

You might wish to try using acv rinse after the first shampoo. It gets to white suds right away.

I agree.

Try this:

Rinse relaxer.

Let conditioner sit for 5 minutes on hair.

Rinse conditioner.

Wash with neutralizing poo -LET SIT ON HAIR WITH A SHOWER CAP FOR AT LEAST 5-10 minutes. When relaxed I let it sit 20-25 minutes.

Rinse.

Rinse with AVC diluted with water 2 parts per 8 parts water worked for me.

Rinse again with neutralizing poo


It sounds like a lot of work but it really isn't. It gets you to suds right away and leaves hair extra conditioned and aids in dealing with chemical shock for those who relax bone straight.

it could have something to do with the water too. I have that problem also. Maybe the pH of the water is funky and a confusing it, lol.
