Neutralizer

For Ladies, who use Design essentials relaxer, do you have to use the neutralizer by DE or can you use any neutralizer. The problem is I can't find any neutralizer. Also is there a pre-treatment that you have to use with this relaxer.

i think you can use any neutralizer as long as it is for the type of relaxer you are getting ie a no-lye neutralizer for a no-lye perm. i know that silk elements has a neutralizer for all relaxer types and it worked well for me the last time i relaxed
