Well I have a regimen that works for me and products that I love so I dont see the need in changing right now. I love challenges because they keep me motivated and on track. I'm also a recovering PJ so even though I have my staples, sometimes I cant help but to wonder about other products.

Not to say I have never jumped on a bandwagon or 2...3...

Here are my bandwagons!
Baggie method- Its okay. I rarely ever baggie anymore, unless im doing a pre-treament over night and dont want to mess up my pillows.
ACV Rinse- This bandwagon is now and forever known as "The Setback of 07".
MN- Just didnt get results, no faster growth for me!
Co-Wash- Now this one is a keeper. I tried this technique first in 06 with ok results. I stopped and went back to shampoo and later shikakai bar. I revisited co-washing in 07 using WEN and I havent looked back since.
Indian Products- Ive only tried vatika oil and shikakai bar. I didnt care too much for the vatika oil. I tried to like it but it just made my hair hard. However, I did like the shikakai bar and would use again.
Airdrying- one word "boooo"
Rollersetting- My newest love. I wish I had been doing this from the start.
Oil rinse- Since I pre-poo normally with oil and co-wash, I never really saw a difference with oil rinsing.
Making my own stuff- oh yeah for a good year or so I was a mixing queen....
This is all I can remember, I know ther is probably more. Oh and Im not going to even try to remember all of the products!:look:

I don't do bandwagons either, like growth challenges and doing unorthodox things :nono:. Just washing, conditioning and oiling is enough for me. There are certain things in my regimen that are indispensible, like my shampoo and core conditioners (Elucence, Oyin, Kenra). Those will never ever change. The only things that interest me are oils and butters. I can never have enough of oils/butters and enjoy trying new ones. What harm will coconut or avocado oil do me?

Bandwagon jumping almost broke me....now I am completely content knowing that there is not a special magical fabulous hair potion out there that I have yet to try. The standard routines have done more for my hair than anything and once I started using natural oils, I have never looked back.
