I'll be wearing buns until I get my retouch during fall break (wear it down for about two weeks). Then I'll only wear buns for the rest of my fall semester.

I'm planning on buns and phonies from Oct 15-Nov 10. Nov 10 is relaxer day. :yay: I can't wait.

So, I've been bunning and I think my edges are starting to thin... What do you girls do to prevent this? I'm about 6wks post with another 4 wks to my next touch-up...

I mean, how do you do protective styling like bunning everyday prevent your edges from thinning? Currently I'm using MTG and moisterizing my edges with Organics Shea Butter moisterizing lotion and sealing with African Pride oil. I only brush with a soft haired boar bristle brush and comb only on wash day (about once a week).

I am worried about this too. also I was wondering if having my hair in a baggie all the time day and night would cause any damage? I use profective and olive oil on my ends and then baggie the ends and put my hair in a french roll.
