anybody wash every three days?

Hey ladies do any of u wash every 3 days or so. If u do wat r some of the major differences that u see vrsus lets say washing weekly or bi-weekly?

I do one wash and two co-washes. My hair seems to not have as many tangles and holds moisture better.

I cow-ash deep condition every wed & sat & it keeps my hair moisturizer & keeps me from shedding a lot

i used to, but my hair didnt like the manipulation.

I do the same Wed & Sat cowashing & dc on Sat. I notice A LOT LESS SHEDDING almost none.
