Any swimmers? Need your advice!!

I'm starting swim training again for the first time since my high school swim team years (when I knew nothing about haircare!)

What do I need to do to protect my hair and color? As you know, swim caps don't provide much protection - they just produce headaches.

been using myswimcap with coconut oil slathered all ov er my hair

Nylon cap directly on my hair and a silicon swim cap over it. I use Tyre silicon caps.
