Any Recommendations on a good Hairdresser in Dallas?

I am totally inept on self-relaxers and I am still on the search for someone to give me a good relaxer (specifically with phyto)? Any recommendations?

Also...is it bad to follow up with a press after relaxer treatment? It seems like all the black hair stylists I go to do that...It has always raised a red flag to me..but I was never sure. THanks for input in advance!
