Any naturals love Pibbs for rollersets?

My sis is beyond BSL natural and got a Pibbs through the deal after I got mine and raved about it (I'm relaxed 4a). Unfortunately, she tried a wet set and HATED it. :ohwell: She said her hair feels like a hard unmoveable mass and is worse than using her $30 tabletop. The only good thing for her is that her hair dried in 90 minutes as opposed to 3 hours. :perplexed Any other naturals have feedback on their Pibbs experience? (good and bad)

Hmm, I purchased the Pibbs 512 and used it today for my roller set. I'm natural 3b/c and I thought it worked well. My roller set came out just as smooth as it does on my soft bonnet. The benefit I noticed is that at medium heat, I wasn't burning up like I do with my soft bonnet. Plus, it's quiet to other people in the room! Could your sister have maybe used different products that made the difference vs it being the Pibbs dryer?

That's what I was wondering as well. :yep: She actually used diff products than normal. I told her that I have been using my normal products so that I could accurately compare btx my Lady Daizy and Pibbs. I hope it's the product choice that caused the helmet head, cause she is really bummed that she wasted all this money. :ohwell:
