To all the ladies who have been brave enough to share stories and post pictures- I literally applaud you! Please don't give up! I really believe that my cousin has Alopecia that the OP referenced. It looks like she might have a chemical burn right in her crown area.  I know that she gets so frustrated and disappointed, and I empathize with her.  The difference between you ladies and her is that her answer is to stay in weaves and wigs 100% of the time. It takes strength and courage to fight for your hair.
