Another tip to save edges

I too have thin edges. Before LHCF, I would wrap my head at night with a scarf..super tight. Then, I would rotate the scarf around my head to smooth the wrap out. I am sure that rotating a tightly wrapped scarf was tearing my delicate edges out. I just realized that I dont have to tie it that tight. I loosly wrap it, rorate it and put a bonnet over it. I know that my edges will thank me.
